"NIKKA whisky from the barrel" from my home land Hokkaido
Amazingly I did not get it sent from home in Hokkaido, but got it at that drinks shop BAMS.

キノコのリゾット Risotto coi funghi

本当のところポルチーニが来るはずがこのちょっと名のわからないキノコがきた
香りが良かったのでそのままリゾットに、美味しい組み合わせでした
Actually I should have gotten Porcini, but instead those depicted in the top photo came.
Its fragrance was fabulous and so it was a good choice for risotto coi funghi.

ミルクが先か、シリアルが先か？
milk first or cereal first?


見ての通り私は最初に牛乳を先にボールに入れます、そして少しづつシリアルを入れては食べ入れては食べと何時もカリカリの状態に保ちます
As you can see I put milk first in a bowl and little by little add cereal and each time eat the cereal up and keep eating the crispy cereal all the way through until all the milk in the bowl is gone.
